Where We Are
We're at the start. Small crew, a charter built to scale, and plenty of room at the table. Getting in now means a real say in what this becomes.
Where We're Going
Bigger jobs, run well.
We're building a crew that can take on the hardest industrial work in the verse: deep, difficult mining ops and large multi-crew ships, with every seat filled by someone who knows the job.
Along The Way
- Ten members and a Co-Lead. Ops move to a fixed monthly date, and divisions get first claim on their seats.
- Logistics opens when we're pulling out more than we can carry.
- Medical opens the day the first medic signs up.
- Fabrication opens when we're crafting from our own materials.
- Division Leads once a division has about five regulars.

Who We're Looking For
Players who love industrial work and want to be part of a team. People who want to crew a multi-crew ship, take a seat on a large-scale op, and help take on bigger and more complex jobs than anyone could run alone.
Not required: experience, a big ship, or a fixed schedule.
The Risks
Every new org has them. Here's what we see coming, and what we do about it.
Leaning On One Person
Right now, everything runs through the Org Lead.
Getting a Co-Lead is the first milestone. Any member can already lead an op, and once there's a Co-Lead, ops run on a fixed date without depending on one person.
Patches Change The Game
Mining gets reworked, a loop disappears.
We build for the game as it plays today, not the one promised. Divisions open when the game supports them, and the charter changes with the game, with member input.
Too Few Hands
Not enough people to crew the big stuff.
While we grow, everyone does everything, so any group can run an op. Divisions only open when there's demand, so we never spread thin.
It Becomes A Job
Orgs burn out when showing up starts to feel like an obligation.
No scorekeeping, no attendance tracking. Real life comes first, and members come and go as life allows.
